Rakefet was born and raised in Kibbutz Ginosar in Israel and has lived in Los Angeles for more than 35 years. Her path was not built from theory. It was built through real decisions, real pressure, real leadership, and years of hands-on experience in business.

Over the years, she built and led large sales operations, managed and mentored thousands of people, developed powerful sales systems, and became known for her ability to identify potential, create structure, and move people toward results.

Her business success gave her more than financial experience. It gave her a deep understanding of people — how they think, what stops them, what motivates them, and what they need in order to grow.

Today, that experience is at the center of her work as a mentor.
